The little engine that....
Date: January 10, 2010
Pros: Design, Battery Life, Screen Size, Weight
Cons: Keyboard
I had a dell mini 10 on order, but after reading a blog where a fujitsu mini was mentioned I quickly got on fujitsu.com to check out the mini version. After comparing the specs between fujitsu and dell I ordered the fujitsu and cancelled the dell. I am not sorry about my purchase. This machine is gorgeous to look at and functional in its use. My plan was to use it on my commute mainly researching/completing school tasks. I've not put this computer down since I got it. I installed all of my music files, office 2003 and the newer office 2010 beta. I upgraded windows 7 startup to home using microsoft's student discount. The only issue I have with the keyboard is with the right shift key being too far away. It is a fingerprint magnet too so be warned. The netbook has weight to it and it doesn't feel cheap. I was worried about the screen size, but the display is crisp and clear. A charge has lasted all day while just surfin casually throughout the day and playing a movie. I was a bit jealous seeing a newer version is posted now, but I am pleased with my purchase.

Best Mini on the Market
Date: December 11, 2009
Pros: Design, Battery Life, Screen Size, Durability, Weight, Keyboard, Features, Security, bright color
Cons: cannot think of one
I bought an HP mini for my partner to use while travelling. He liked it, but soon thereafter we leaned that Fujitsu released a mini. We ordered one right away, and compared them side by side. We are Fujitsu lovers for the past 5 yrs because of our excellent history with Fujitsu laptops. They are the Mercedes of laptops. Our side by side comparison confirmed our thoughts. HP is cheap, plastic, dull screen, and not what we expected. The Fujitsu has a bright, rigid apple red case, bright screen, much better keyboard, and what we expected. The HP went back in the box and back to Amazon! Don't waste your time with any other mini. This is once again Fujitsu engineering again.... and if you never experienced it, think Mercedes (Fujitsu) versus Yugo (HP).

Good, robust machine
Date: October 23, 2009
Pros: Battery Life, Durability, Weight, Keyboard
Cons: single red color oiption
I do like it. I'd rather use this mini than my regular laptop and tend to use it for email and just to browse at home. It is easy to set up. The keyboard feels good. If there is any complaint, I would say that the choice of color as red is a bit limited. I would have opted for black or more neutral color. The screen size is a bit small for some web sites and apps, but that is why it is a mini, isn't it?

Great small notebook
Date: June 24, 2009
Pros: Design, Battery Life, Screen Size, Durability, Weight, Keyboard
Cons: Features, Security, no ssd drive
A pleasant notebook. Light, gorgeous screen resolution and superb keyboard feel. The camera is only 1.3. Would be better also an SSD Drive, or include a shock sensor as present on higher models.
