I owned previously a p7230. It was wonderful for 5 years until I dropped it.
I just purchased the p770 and it had to be returned for repairs immediately.
The construction of the computer is far poorer then the p 7230.
The functions are super sensitive and uncomfortable to use.
The cover will be easily scratched and damaged with time. the screen is actually pliable, not firm.
Boo! i am stuck with this thing until I get totally sick of it or I drop it on purpose.

Perfect on the road companion

Pros: Weight, Security, Battery Life, Features
If you need things done while on the road, that's the laptop to buy. Weighs 3 lbs and 1.3 ounces with CD/DVD writer/reader. Very energy efficient: hard drive consumes about 1.4W. It is less than many Solid State Drives on the market. CPU maximum power consumption is 18W. The bottom of the laptop feels only lightly warm to the touch. Quiet. Battery life: 5+ hours.
